" Journey of Textiles as Yarns of Weaving” was created during and after the research journey in Lao with Younga team. The work is a collaboration with Singthong Keovilayphet from Lao. She is a professional weaver from Tai-Lue tribe in Northern Lao. The concept of this piece is the memory of the journey which respond to the rhythm of the natural environment and weavers’ life experience. The work presents a river flowing and open up the dialogue in the time and space.
