In "Endless Accumulation", the artist approaches movement as an ongoing process of flow, accumulation, and structure. Beginning with basketry as a cultural practice rooted in embodied knowledge and pattern-making across cultures, the project explores how materials carry histories, memories, and a sense of place as they move across geographical and ecological boundaries. Developed through ongoing field-based research across different regions and sites, the project traces the movement of plants through landscapes, labor, trade, and human experience. Initiated in 2026, "Endless Accumulation" continues to evolve through travel, cultural encounters, material experimentation, and reflections on belonging and evocation.
