HEMP Project
Interwoven Tension of Symbiosis explores the shift from natural plant growth to human intervention, reflecting on the ecological and philosophical connections between plant roots and the human nervous system and spine. Inspired by the complex root system of the hemp plant, the work combines organic forms with anatomical imagery, creating a visual tension that is both poetic and unsettling. Rope forms the main structure of the sculpture. It creates tension and binding without causing harm. The artist treats binding as a non-destructive gesture—one that suggests connection, care, and healing. The interaction between rope and unfamiliar body-like forms opens a dialogue between plant growth and human posture.
The works are part of "The Unbearable Lightness - Solo Exhibition"
